Technical Assistant - Repair & Maintenance (HK)

Job Duties

Assist to monitor the progress in delivering the maintenance of the work site

Assist to provide comprehensive maintenance services in building works to maintain a safe and healthy environment of shopping centres and car parks

Assist to enhance the implementation of asset enhance improvement and renovation works

Assist to record the Facility Registry for buildings

Assist to verify the site works upon completion by contractors

Requirements

Diploma or above in Engineering, Building Studies, Building Surveying, Construction Management including or related disciplines

Knowledge in repair or maintenance works

Self-driven, customer-oriented, good analytical and problem solving skills

Good command of English and Chinese

Fresh graduate will be considered

Remuneration
